Heartfelt Reviews

The Menlo Park Funeral and Cremation Services difference

“Barry and everyone we dealt with at Menlo Park Funeral Home and Cremation was professional, helpful, and appropriate to the situation. They presented the process and our choices clearly. They took care of what needed to be done efficiently and it was done when they said it would be done. That’s all very helpful during a terrible time. My family and I are very happy we found MPFH and would recommend them for any family facing the death of a loved one.”

“Losing a loved one is never easy, and during one of the most difficult moments of our lives—losing a close friend—Menlo Park Funeral Home and Cremation Services exceeded every expectation. From the moment we reached out, Barry showed a level of empathy, professionalism, and dedication that truly sets this funeral home apart. What made this experience truly remarkable was Barry’s unwavering support throughout the entire process of arranging our friend’s body shipment to Europe. This included navigating international paperwork, handling insurance, and working directly with the European consulate—all while keeping us informed every step of the way. Grieving makes even basic tasks feel impossible, but Barry made sure every document was in order, every signature collected on time, and every communication handled with care. He was a light in the darkness, helping us move forward when things felt too overwhelming. If you're looking for a funeral home in Menlo Park that combines expertise with genuine human kindness, I cannot recommend Barry and his team enough. Whether you need local cremation services, funeral arrangements, or international repatriation of remains, this is the place to turn to. As painful as loss is, Barry made sure we never felt alone.”

“My son died a horrible death tragically. The Menlo Park funeral home took care of everything from picking his body up from the coroners office to discretely delivering his remains back to me. They handled everything with sensitivity, compassion, professionalism and kindness. Lauren even checked in to see how I was doing weeks after the event. Nobody ever wants to go through what I did but if you have to use a funeral service, this is the one.”
